Mr. Leemon Ravi has started his career as a Quality engineer in Siemens after the successful completion of B.E - Mechanical (Gold Medalist) from LBS college of Engineering. His association with Ockwen Financial solutions as a Cadd engineer, ICICI bank as a financial officer and HDFC bank as a Territory manager has helped him to excel his career as an entrepreneur. As the Chairman and Managing Director of Golden Era Group Of Companies (GERG), he is currently associated with many business projects in financial, housing and software segments.

With a vast experience of more than 17+ years in financial, engineering and software segments his vision is to revolutionize the group company concept by infusing and nurturing young and creative minds backed by pioneers in the respective areas.

He has authored a book called "Colors Of Life" on August 2021. The money from sales of the book goes to Uthhan Charitable Trust for uplifting Indian artisans.

I hold technical and managerial experiences in my work culture. With Completion of Btech (Communication and Electronics) from JNTU, Kakinada, MBA (Marketing) and PGPM(International Business) from an esteemed Institution i.e National School of Business(Mysore University). I started my career with COMMONFLOOR as Sr.Research Analyst. Since then I was involved with few start-up firms such as Basket options Pvt ltd, Natural spectrum and few more Energy companies and implemented my best knowledge and skillsets in bringing laurels.

The motto of the Solar Lumia company is service is the priority and to educate everyone to use solar and other renewable energy for meeting their day to day needs. Already accomplished few Solar projects as well.Currently,i am also working as Business Head for Golden era royal group (GERG),where i am handling nine verticals. For social importance and impact, I joined UTHHAN, a trust for empowering artisans and handicrafts in 2017. Now I am Odisha state coordinator for UTHHAN, where I have so far enrolled and trained almost 5k artisans.
